$165 for 50 minute individual therapy session

$250 for 90 minute individual talk therapy session

$275 for 90 min. EMDR therapy session

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. I am currently in network with United Healthcare, UMR, Optum, Anthem, BCBS, Aetna and all Indiana Medicaid plans.

This does not guarantee that your therapy sessions will be fully covered by your insurance.

How much will a session cost?

If I am in network with your insurance plan, you can call your insurance company to obtain a quote of what your coverage is for mental/behavioral health outpatient sessions.

Some clients are fully covered, others owe a co-pay/co-insurance amount at the time of service, and others’ are responsible for the full session fee, that goes toward their deductible.

Unfortunately, I do not have control over how much your specific plan does or does not cover.

If you have questions regarding your coverage or your specific insurance plan, you should reach out directly to your insurance company for guidance.

What if finances are a barrier?

If finances are a barrier to you attending therapy sessions, please let me know. If I am out of network with your insurance, your plan does not cover session costs, or if you do not have insurance - I do offer a small number of sliding scale sessions per month. These are on a first come, first serve basis, and do occasionally fill up.
